Mike brings 30 years of experience as an insurance-based advisor. He has been in private practice, served major financial institutions at senior levels of management, and held leadership positions in industry and professional associations.
His experience working with successful business owners and other professional advisors has positioned Business Exit Timing, LLC as a reputable, specialized consultancy with experience and expertise at developing and implementing customized, comprehensive, written Business Exit Plans. These plans serve as a road map for business owners that want to successfully exit or transition their business on their terms and schedule, not someone else’s. Plan objectives are to maximize business value, minimize taxes, plan for contingencies, plan for retirement, protect and preserve business and personal assets.

Jacque LeFore is an important member of BETiming’s exit planning advisory team. He gained his industry experience and honed his financial analysis skills while working for 10 years in various financial planning divisions of large insurance companies. He is adept at evaluating, modeling, and communicating complex financial strategies in a simplified fashion so that clients readily comprehend the analysis which supports the team recommendations. He has also developed a customized version of planning software to allow for greater transparency and ease of understanding complex scenarios. Jacque works with BET’s advisory team analyzing financial documents, executing data entry and modeling financial scenarios for the development of our clients’ customized Business Exit Plans. He frequently participates in BET-hosted webcasts, whereby business owner clients are encouraged to dialog with team members to ensure we are effectively addressing all facets of the client’s Exit Plan, and doing so in congruence with their understanding and expectations.


Dennis W. Warneke, CLTC, LUTCF

Dennis began his career with Mutual of Omaha in Omaha, Nebraska in 1976 as a multi-line insurance agent. In 1984, after eight successful years, he moved to Portland, Oregon.
His commitment for over 30 years has been helping individuals, their families, and small- to medium-sized businesses with their needs and goals for financial and insurance planning. The knowledge Dennis has gained through continuous educational studies and training and his “on-the-job” experiences helping thousands of clients are an invaluable resource for the clients of Business Exit Timing.
Dennis works with BET’s advisory team, meeting with clients and their advisors in the development of customized Exit Plans that help business owners leave their business on their terms and their schedule.
